We witnessed it first-hand....democracy in America lasted from Jul. 4th,

We now have a form of government which I suppose would be called a
TOTALITARIAN JUDICIAL DICTATORSHIP; although I can't think of any other
countries with our new form of government right now.

The Supreme Court stole my vote, along with those of approximately
50,000,000 other Americans. If there is a claim of equal protection; I
demand that we (who had no choice but to use the punch card method) be
allowed a re-vote using the most accurate machines used in this country
during this election. The votes in my county of residence (Broward) and all
others who used the punch card system have been diluted.
My personal constitutional RIGHT to EQUAL PROTECTION has been VIOLATED.
I am truly disgusted that our democracy had to die last night; and pray that
those who love our (previous) form of government will rise up and take it
back again....by any means necessary.
LETTER TO TOM FEENEY, FLORIDA STATE LEGISLATURE, (HE IS THE PERSON WHO PLANS ON CALLING THE SPECIAL SESSION TO APPOINT THEIR OWN REPUBLICAN ELECTORS)
Dear Representative Feeney,
I am writing you today to express my deepest disgust at the thought of you and your Republican colleagues in the Florida Legislature plans to call a special session and appoint your own group of Electors for the 2000 Presidential Election to represent the voters of the state of Florida.
I am an Army veteran, Captain, and was stationed overseas in Germany. I performed additional duties of unit Postal Officer and unit Voting Officer while on active duty; so I have first-hand knowledge and experience in the areas which you and other Republicans continually discuss about the overseas military absentee ballot issue. The armed forces of the United States have regulations in place which clearly dictate how a member of the military is to vote and all of the details which must be followed in order for that vote to count. The overseas military post offices not only abide by the military regulations; but also the U.S. Postal Service Regulations. Again; the procedures are clearly defined.
I served this great country as an officer because I believed it was the worlds finest democracy. One person, one vote.
If you and your Republican friends go through with your plans to appoint your own set of Electors; this democracy will be placed in grave danger. We do not live in China, the Soviet Union, North Korea, Cuba or any other countries with other forms of dictatorships. You must swallow your feelings and use your intelligence on this matter, DO WHAT'S RIGHT. If you and your friends follow through with your plans; the votes of half of the people in this state will be thrown away in the process. The proportional make-up of the Florida legislature for each party does not equal that of the voters.
IF YOU AND YOUR REPUBLICAN FRIENDS CALL A SPECIAL SESSION AND APPOINT YOUR OWN GROUP OF ELECTORS.....I WILL PERSONNALLY CAMPAIGN WITH ALL MY MIGHT DURING THE NEXT ELECTION FOR STATE LEGISLATORS AND URGE ALL VOTERS IN THE STATE TO "USE THEIR DISCRETION" BY VOTING YOU AND ALL OF THE OTHER REPUBLICANS OUT OF THE LEGISLATURE.
In conclusion; enjoy your brief time in the limelight, it will be short-lived. After your term is up; look forward to falling back on your secondary interest of Real Estate...it will be the only way for you to earn a living.

I am extremely frustrated that even with all the illegal activities going on (including the Republican Florida Legislature trying to throw the election on their own) my voice cannot be heard. Unfortunately; only those people who are "famous" or have filed attention-getting lawsuits are being heard in TV interviews, etc.
I proposed that if the legislature really does decide to override the votes of almost 3,000,000 people in the state; that we 3,000,000 people who voted for Gore will march on Tallahassee. I wonder how they would feel, looking out over the SEA of people, all there to protest that their votes were overturned.
Exactly this action IS being planned right at this moment. How will 3,000,000 people fit into the streets of the state capitol? Only time will tell.
THE REPUBLICAN ARMY OF DUMBASSES APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT STEALING THE PRESIDENCY BY CUTTING OFF THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK THE TIME AND ENERGY TO VOTE. AGAIN THE PUPPET, KATHERINE HARRIS, USED HER "DISCRETION" BY COMING IN ON A SUNDAY, IGNORING THE LONG AND HARD HOURS OF WORK BY THE PALM BEACH CANVASSING BOARDMEMBERS AND "CERTIFYING" THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT ALL OF THE VOTES BEING COUNTED. I HOPE THE NEWS AGENCIES BOMBARD THE AIRWAVES WITH THE FACT THAT SHE APPEARED ON TV AFTER PALM BEACH FINISHED THE ENTIRE COUNT.
NOW JEB, KATHERINE AND THE OTHER CO-CONSPIRATORS APPEARED ON TV ANNOUNCING THEIR APPOINTMENT OF A COMMISSION TO REVIEW THE FLORIDA VOTING METHODS TO ENSURE THAT THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. I RECEIVED A "LETTER" OR "EMAIL" FROM KATHERINE HARRIS AND HERE IS MY REPLY TO IT:

I demand your resignation, but I guess we will only get that after the Supreme Court appoints you to some sort of Ambassador Position to your liking???
You cannot talk your way out of the CORRUPTION of the Republican Party which started with GW Bush, Jeb Bush, YOU, your office, the FL legislature, the man with incredible "ties" Clay Shaw and all the other insane players.
During the time after Nov. 7, you attempted to steal my vote on at least 2 occasions.
The most insane and disgusting thing about all this is the fact that just a day or two after the President - SELECT (Bushie) was anointed to office Jeb, you and the other assholes stood up before the cameras and announced how you will appoint a group to decide what changes need to be made to the voting system in Florida so that a travesty such as this "can never happen again". This is an open admission of guilt. Not only that the system was flawed, but also that you and the others rigged the results by your actions. This can be compared to a murderer. Even though everyone knew he did the crime...he somehow got off. As he walked out of the courthouse he stood on the stairs and admitted to the cameras openly that he murdered the victim.
We have, and are continuing to organize. We are using the Internet as our communications-line (as many a year ago the patriots were involved in the underground railroad). We will not forget, we will not be pacified, we will pursue ever avenue, open every door, chase every criminal (you fall into this category) until all of the perpetrators are arrested and jailed for treason (including the Supreme Court justices). Although most Americans have been pacified by TV (the opium of the masses) we cannot be pacified. Look over your shoulder, justice will prevail. If it takes 2 years, so be it, 4 years...no problem. Once we have regained control of our country and resurrected democracy you and the others will meet your fate. You will be tried and sentenced to your just punishment.

A FEW YEARS AGO G.W. BUSH BOUGHT THE TEXAS RANGERS BASEBALL TEAM. HE PUT UP $600,000 OF HIS OWN MONEY FOR THIS PURPOSE. HE, AND THE OTHER BUYERS, DECIDED THAT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE A NEW STADIUM BUILT. INSTEAD OF PUTTING UP THE MONEY THEMSELVES, HE BRAINWASHED THE TEXAS WORKING CLASS TO ACCEPT A 0.5% SALES TAX INCREASE TO RAISE THE MONEY. AFTER TAKING THE MONEY OUT OF THE POCKETS OF THE AVERAGE PEOPLE; HE, AND THE OTHERS SOLD THE TEAM AGAIN AND HE MADE A RETURN ON HIS INVESTMENT OF SEVERAL MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. THAT MONEY CAME STRAIGHT FROM THE PEOPLE OF TEXAS WHO PAID THE EXTRA TAX. DID HE GIVE IT BACK TO THEM? NO; OF COURSE NOT, IT WENT INTO HIS POCKET. THIS BEADY-EYED, DRUNK-DRIVING ALCOHOLIC WILL HOPEFULLY NEVER ENTER THE HIGHEST ELECTED OFFICE IN OUR NATION; IT WOULD BE AN EMBARASSMENT TO US ALL.
